Thickness
According to the size of the earring hole
Please choose from 16G or 14G.

Your HTML
1).16G (Diameter: 1.2mm)
A thickness that can be used even for standard pierced ears.
This is a popular gauge size.
Even for those who have pierced their ears with 14G, if you haven't worn earrings for a while, the piercing hole may have shrunk, so 16G is recommended.
2).14G (Diameter: 1.6mm)
If you pierced your ears with a 14G needle, please choose 14G.
Also, generally, people who have cartilage piercings or body piercing holes done at hospitals tend to have 14G.
02.
Length
The thickness of the earring hole plus 1mm is comfortable.

Your HTML
Piercing hole thickness +1mm
Since it is easier to attach and detach parts and clean the barbell, we recommend choosing a size that is 1mm longer than the thickness of your piercing hole. Although it varies from person to person, 7mm is generally popular for inner conch piercings.
*If the length does not match,Return & Exchange ServicePlease use.
*If there is a possibility of swelling due to reasons such as the hole not being stable, an additional +1mm is recommended.

Regarding inner conchs
Q&A
What is the inner conch?
An inner conch piercing is a piercing placed inside the antihelix (the raised cartilage near the center of the ear). Although it is a recessed area, its position draws the eye, so it is popular not only with younger people but also with those in their 40s and 50s.
Where is a cute placement for an inner conch?
First, we recommend choosing the location based on what kind of earring design you want to wear.
One thing to note is that if you use earphones, you need to avoid interference with them.
Before getting an inner conch pierced, we recommend putting on your earphones and deciding the placement while wearing them.
How painful is getting an inner conch pierced?
Because the inner conch is firm cartilage, you may feel pain when the needle passes through. Inserting the needle slowly can increase the pain, so the needle should be inserted quickly, and be careful not to make mistakes when attaching the initial earring.
Also, pain after piercing can sometimes last longer, so it's reassuring to have pain relievers on hand beforehand.
Some people report feeling no pain, but if you are concerned, have it done at a clinic that can provide anesthesia.
How can you avoid mistakes when getting it pierced?
The inner conch is a hollowed cartilage in the center of the ear where the piercing hole is made. It is difficult to pierce with a piercing gun and needs to be done with a needle. Also, because it is recessed, it is hard to see in a mirror and difficult to pierce straight. If a mistake is made, swelling can even reach the lymph nodes, so we recommend having it done at a clinic.
※Piercing is a medical procedure. We generally recommend having it performed at a clinic.
Recommended first earrings?
To avoid stressing the piercing hole, choose lightweight, hypoallergenic materials and designs that won't catch on things.
Until the piercing stabilizes, use a straight barbell, and choose a length that allows for swelling—at least 2 mm longer than the length of the piercing hole.
This area tends to swell more than other spots, so monitor the healing and be careful to prevent the initial earring from becoming embedded.
Although ring-type earrings can be worn in the inner conch, they move more and are therefore unsuitable as initial jewelry.
Wait to wear ring-type earrings until the piercing is fully stable.
Which earrings are recommended for the inner conch?
It depends on ear shape and the piercing position, but if you use earphones, smaller sizes are popular.
For designs that are symmetrical up/down and left/right, small sizes up to about 3.2 mm in diameter are recommended.
If earphone interference is not an issue, curved designs that follow the inner conch's curve also look good.
Also, because it is a recessed area, if you are not used to changing jewelry, simple designs such as diamonds or pearls that go well with your outfits are recommended.
What if the inner conch doesn't stabilize?
The inner conch is more prone to swelling and complications than other cartilage areas.
Daily care can help prevent problems, so be sure to continue care until it stabilizes.
Specifically, rinse the piercing hole with the shower during your daily bath. To prevent shampoo residue, rinse the piercing hole as the last step before leaving the bath.
When rinsing with the shower, there is no need to forcefully move the jewelry. That can be more irritating, so let the water pressure do the rinsing.
You do not need to disinfect or apply ointment every day, but do so if you notice slight inflammation, pus, or granulation tissue.
If you notice problems, check whether you are wearing jewelry made of a material that suits your body and whether the barbell length is appropriate, and visit a clinic before the condition worsens.
