Refund and Return Policy
If a purchased item does not meet your expectations or suit your styling needs, we gladly accept returns and exchanges, provided the merchandise is shipped back to us within one week (7 days) of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes incurred when returning or exchanging items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as the Company cannot assume liability for lost return shipments.
Refund Processing
We will process your refund (via payment cancellation) within three (3) business days of receiving and inspecting your returned product.
Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing Time: Please note that while we process cancellations promptly, the exact date the funds appear in your account depends entirely on your financial institution's billing and processing cycles.
