We offer free repairs for one year from the date of purchase.

*Even if more than one year has passed since your order, paid repairs are still available.
* If stones or parts are lost, additional charges will apply.

Repair Process

1). Mail

Please send us the item to be repaired (all stones and parts).*Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

*Please send using a trackable shipping method. (There is no specified shipping carrier.)

2). Repair

We will proceed with the repair as soon as the item arrives.

*Please allow approximately 2 weeks to 1 month for the repair period.
* Depending on the condition of the product, an exchange may be necessary.

3). Return

As soon as the repair is completed, we will send it back to your address.
