Exchange Procedure

*Returned items will not be resold. There is no need to worry about hygiene.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or change the quantity of your order, please contact us before shipment (by 10:00 a.m. on the next business day).Please provide your 'order number' and 'orderer's name' so we can identify your order. We will check the shipping status and guide you through the next steps.
*After the product has been shipped, you will need to cancel the delivery yourself. (Since the sender is a partner warehouse, we are unable to make changes to shipments on your behalf.)
*As a rule, orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped at 10:00 a.m. on the next business day.
