Notice of Service Change

Thank you very much for your continued patronage.

We have decided to outsource our shipping operations to a partnered logistics warehouse in order to deliver products more quickly. Accordingly, some service details will be changed as follows.

Scheduled Service Change Date: Tuesday, October 7, 2025

Currently, due to the warehouse transfer work, many products are temporarily out of stock. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will replenish stock sequentially and gradually return to normal conditions.

Regarding Shipment of Ordered Products

Products will be shipped per order unit.

Even if your order includes "out-of-stock products," shipment will be made only after all products are ready.

●: Out-of-stock products (pre-order)

If you wish to have only the in-stock products shipped first, please place separate orders for "in-stock products" and "out-of-stock products."

Also, different orders cannot be combined into one shipment. If you want to receive multiple products together, please place them in a single order.

Regarding Changes to Delivery Address

Please request address changes or forwarding before shipment (by 10:00 AM on the next business day).

For delivery address changes after shipment, customers must cancel the delivery themselves. Once you contact us, we will check the delivery status and guide you through the subsequent process.
※Since the shipping origin will be the partnered warehouse, we will no longer be able to process changes to shipments in transit.
※As a general rule, orders placed after 3:00 PM are scheduled to ship by 10:00 AM on the next business day.

Regarding Requests Related to Products

Until now, we were able to select products that met your preferences within the range of individual differences such as stone size and color tone, but since product storage will change to the partnered warehouse, we will no longer be able to accept such requests.

※Currently, manufacturing precision has improved, and individual differences have decreased compared to before. We will continue to strive for improvement.
※For barbells, please use the "Custom Size Barbell" where you can select length in 0.5mm increments.
